Notwithstanding termination, the provisions of Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of this Agreement shall survive and continue to apply.

10. LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER. Vendor warrants that, as of the date on which the Software is purchased and for sixty (60) days thereafter (\"Warranty Period\"), the Software will provide the general features and functions described in the Documentation in effect on the date of purchase.
